Chocolate cake and cheesecake :)

A family friendly Valentine’s Day . What really matters is the time spent with the people you love. In this period of uncertainty, love is an asset to be protected. No fancy restaurants,no dance party or vacation packages this year. Instead of only two hearts together this time the hearts were ten. The gift? Four exceptional pastry chef to prepare two delicious desserts. It was something special, an opportunity to get together doing something different, really a pleasant time.
Teach your children that it can be nice to cook together, encourage them to give you a hand. Involve them in the preparation of a meal or a cake. Organizing a special evening dedicated to you will strengthen your bond and your kitchen will become a soothing space full of excitement. Remember relaxation is the basis of a healthy emotional life . Precious moments and happy memories to last forever. It was nice to see my nephews my niece and my son in the kitchen cooking for this special occasion, smiling and chatting. There are dishes that return a good mood, and not just because the ingredients you use but because they have a positive effect on our mood and emotions. And so we celebrated the love that makes our lives fantastic.

Two sweet for the soul: the first entirely made with CHOCOLATE,

IMG_4640Something not to miss. It is considered the food of the gods, powerful aphrodisiac, able to intoxicate, soften and enchant with its flavour and aromas.
The myth tells of a brave and beautiful princess, who sacrifice her life to defend the immense treasure that had been entrusted to her: from her blood spilled on the ground, the seeds of the cocoa were born, red and precious as the blood.

The second a berry CHEESECAKE ,
a successful experiment. Beautiful at sight and good to eat.

IMG_4676The cakes had the additional taste of tenderness, complicity and affection!
