I viaggi sono una meravigliosa esperienza per quello che impari per quello che vedi per le emozioni che ti lasciano dentro. Sempre, quando sono in visita in un paese straniero, compro riviste o libri di cucina locale. Mi incuriosiscono i diversi piatti che vengono creati utilizzando per lo piu’ gli stessi ingredienti. (english) Ghosts cupcakes

I just finished so I know now what sweets to prepare  for Halloween 🙂 Delicious and funny. I found some interesting decoration on this website and I decided to try. A. and I have chosen the ghosts, he loves them, and they look really cute. Dark chocolate for the cake and white and dark chocolate for the decoration.To prepare them you need about two hours including the cooking time (20 minutes).  I’ve tried two cake recipes, one with cocoa and one without it …. you can choose. My kitchen was invaded by a cupcakes army ready to be stuffed and there were bowls of melted chocolate everywhere 🙂  Cleaning the mess has been not particularly funny , on the other hand  it’s been easy eating the raisin bread made by A., but  I’ll tell you about this  next time 😉

Ingredients for 12 cupcakes

RECIPE with cocoa

100 g dark chocolate
120 g of butter
200 g sugar
2 eggs
150 ml of milk
150 g flour
50 g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of warm water with the butter, stirring until they are well blended. Then set it aside to cool. Add sugar, cocoa, lightly beaten eggs and milk.
