(english) Baked fish fillets with tomatoes

We are moving country again,  I have little time and few tools in the kitchen and so this is our dinner ready in 25 minutes. Quick and easy recipe for those who do not want to eat always the same thing or those who think that they are not good at cooking, for the singles and for those that don’t have too much time. This  to give at the same fillet a  a little different taste.

Ingredients: (serves 4)

4 fish fillets
300 g cherry tomatoes
1 cloves garlic
oregano
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C .
Put oil in a baking dish, place fish fillets cover with the tomatoes, add garlic and oregano and salt. Bake for 20/30 minutes, until cooked through, (the cooking time depends on the fish that used). Serve with the tomatoes or green salad or brocoli what you prefer.
