In this kind of situation frozen food is very helpful, isn’t it?
But …. you don’t have to spend many hours in the kitchen or to be a chef to be able to eat well without using pre-cooked meals. I’m going to post some recipes really fast, tasty and simple, for those who work late , those who want to learn to cook, those who have a hectic life, or for those who don’t have the passion for cooking …. I’ll try to share my passion with you 😉 You will soon see that how you will be able to create dishes always new, easily and without having to give up the healthy foods. Because eat is not the same as feed and we know that a healthy diet is one of the key ingredients of our physical and mental wellness. Some of these recipes have been prepared by my son (he’s only 6)
Delicious appetizers, pasta dishes, meat or fish, vegetables and even desserts. A little patience, a few tricks, a little organization, cookbooks with quick-cooking tips , and the dish is ready in no time at all.
First I propose fusilli with vegetables: ready in 20 minutes. I have prepared these last Sunday. A light meal, to all tastes and perfect for every season.
two medium sized zucchini
1 small red bell pepper
1 small green pepper
8-10 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Chop the onion finely diced zucchini and peppers, if you have a robot use it, put all the vegetables together and let it go. In a large skillet, place the oil the onion and the vegetables, season with salt and cook over low heat for about twenty minutes, stirring. In the meantime, cook the pasta, drain pour into the pan with the vegetables and toss adding fresh basil and a handful of grated Parmesan cheese, success is guaranteed!
Following a dish ready in 15 minute ….as simple as that …… if you are unable to make this means that you are really in trouble in the kitchen 😉 No worries probably you need to practice with more elaborate dishes 😉
SHRIMPS BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE (serves 4)
600 g shrimp
1 clove of garlic
50 ml extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
chopped parsley or coriander (optional)
Rinse the shrimp put them in a baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C.
Meanwhile, prepare an emulsion: in a jar pour the oil, vinegar, salt and chopped garlic, close the cap and shake.
When the shrimp are cooked spray them with the vinaigrette and serve with croutons and salad
SPINACH AND PEARS ready before you have finished saying the word SALAD
100 g of spinach
100 g of rucola
1 red onion thinly sliced
1 medium pear, cut into julienne
50 g of parmesan cheese
salt, olive oil and lemon juice for seasoning
Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and season with olive oil and lemon!
The dessert? There is also that: delicious “bigne” with custard and a delicate chocolate sauce ………. I’m talking about him ……. soon the recipe
