(english) Your Mexican sauce

So easy, so good and healthy.
It ‘s true: in the kitchen with a little bit of this and a little bit of that you get the dish you want 🙂
Here a few simple ingredients combined together to get a delicious sauce.

1 onion (finely chopped)
1 small green capsicum (cut into small cubes)
1 jalapeño (chopped)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
minced garlic (I used half a clove)
2 tablespoons extra virgen olive oil
400 g  diced tomatoes,
and a secret ingredient 🙂

In a pan, put two tablespoons of oil with the onion and peppers and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar and stir a few minutes, then the garlic, chilli, cumin, paprika and tomatoes, salt to taste and simmer a few minutes …..oh well  I forgot the secret ingredient ….. but each one has his own 😉

It is anything you like: a spice (coriander, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg), fresh herbs, more or less chili, more or less garlic. An ingredient that you like particularly, that  remind you someone, or something like a beautiful trip, an emotion ….. just follow your taste, your mood … find something that will make this sauce your sauce

Bring out the taste of your soul and make it extraordinary
Never give up with this because it is the ingredient that make yourself unique.
