is a easy recipe and really yummy, the same dough can be used to prepare (to the same procedure) rolls with: ham and cheese, cheese and mushrooms, ricotta and spinach, prosciutto and mozzarella …… or make rolls with basil pesto
Ingredients for the roquefort rolls:
500 g pizza dough
200 g Roquefort
500 g prawn
The preparation is very simple: portion the dough, form the rolls and press each piece into a disk, fill with a teaspoon of cheese and some prawn then shape into a ball. Placed in pan and let stand in a warm spot until rolls have doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
(The prawns can be cooked with oil and garlic, or just boiled them as they will be served with blue cheese. I always say that in the kitchen everything can be changed according to your taste)
