This is the recipe to make pizza
A simple and versatile dough with which you can prepare everything adding a variety of toppings. We tried it with a Danish friend to prepare pizza with a thin layer of Nutella, apple and banana …. you won’t believe it …. but it was good 🙂
1 kg flour
500-550 ml lukewarm water
25 g yeast
20/30 g salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Dissolve yeast in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar. In a bowl pour the flour, warm water, the dissolved yeast, salt. Mix and work the dough about 15 minutes to get a ball soft and smooth. Derive from the dough round loaves and let them rest for one hour covered with a cloth and a plaid.
The size of loaves depend on the type of pizza to be prepared and how thick you want it.
This quantity of dough is enough for 4 / 5 pizzas.
Bake in preheated very hot oven.
